About The Insider Alert
The Insider Alert service focuses on identifying companies with sound fundamentals and significant insider buying.
Insiders are a company’s senior officers or directors, or any shareholder who owns 10% or more of the company. Since these individuals know more about the company’s business prospects than anyone else, their actions – recorded via a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission – can serve as significant leading indicators of substantial price movement going forward.
Alex identifies the stocks with the strongest insider buying – then puts the stock through his own rigorous filtering process before recommending it to readers.
Trading Service Overview
What details will each recommendation entail?
Alex will include the name, the ticker symbol, and a note explaining why this particular stock meets his criteria – and why insiders are suddenly pouring in. He may also include a call option.
How often should I expect to hear from Alex?
You can expect to receive one email a week. This may take the form of a buy recommendation, a sell recommendation, or a portfolio update.
What is the average hold time?
One to three months on average.
How will I know when to sell?
For every stock position, Alex will recommend a protective stop of 15% to 25% below the entry price. If a position closes below the suggested stop, sell your shares at market during the next session. Alex will notify readers via email if a position hit its stop or if he recommends exiting a stock or option position for any other reason. Note that Alex does not recommend protective stops on options. If Alex advises exiting a stock position, you should exit the underlying option position as well.
